This fabulous annual exhibition of paintings, sculpture, ceramics and jewellery has gained a reputation for being a showcase of the very finest arts and crafts in the area. Invited artists, whose work is known by many respected UK Galleries, show a variety of styles, sizes and prices of artwork. There is sure to be something of interest for the discerning visitor.
This year the show will be opened by Alex Sadlo whose paintings and enamel works will be displayed. He has exhibited in London galleries and throughout the world and his large and finely detailed and colourful canvases always attract great interest.
Hannah Firmin, renowned for her beautiful book illustrations,
especially for Alexander McCall Smith’s No. 1 Lady
Dectective series, will be exhibiting a selection of her magnificent
wood and lino cut studies.
Again there is the ‘silent auction’ for postcard
size artworks kindly donated by each exhibiting
artist. We will be donating a proportion of these
sales to Bourne End Junior Sports Club.
